Powell's Books gift cards

Designing gift cards allows me to play with diverse media and styles. These are entirely my own creations, from concept to final art. Many of them are my original illustrations.

Portlanders will recognize this one. It was a Powell's freebie for many years.

The 63 Fremonts

I don't often get to work in acrylic paint for clients but it was the perfect medium for the cover art for these Portland rockers. I incorporated a dark hint of the brickwork into the design of the back and the label. I also did their logo.

Trusst Lingerie

My assignment was to simultaneously show the exterior and interior of Trusst's signature bra. The structure of these bras is inspired by bridge design, with its supporting trusses, so I applied an engineering drawing style.

Nia

One of my favorite things to do is anatomy drawing. Illustrating Nia's eponymous debut book was a joy. I art directed photo shoots for the images that I integrated with my drawings.

Chrome Industries

These instructive drawings for Chrome's website are an example of my anatomical drawings in a different style.
